When will she start?!

I have a blue breasted red oegb. She is 9 months old already! She has been doing the breeding squat for 4 weeks and still NOOOO egg. They are in a run and coop and I've checked everywhere, I want those eggs. I got her at 6 months old and was told she was already eating. I have oyster shell, grit, and start and grow. I am going to star offering layer pellets soon. She is in with my 12 week old standards.

She eats well. Her crop is full about mid day (not impacted, just from eating) She eats scraps and eats the grass in the run. Drinks too.

Is she, or the other chickens, eating the eggs? Happened to us years ago. Unfortunately, we had to "loose" the offender. If that's the case, I'm sorry.
