When will the eggs be fertile?

Was the hen previously with any other roosters? That would effect the expected wait time for the eggs to be fertile by *this* rooster. Has the hen accepted the rooster you've paired her with and been seen to accept him mating her? If she was not previously exposed to other males I would suggest cracking an egg or two at 1+ week to check for fertility.

Well to be honest there are 4 different pairs of the same crosses. I have been requested to cross these breeds and two of the hens just cleared up from being broody. The other two were paired up with other roosters. I'm not worrying much about the first two hens that aren't broody anymore. I'm more concerned about the hens that were with roosters. I shop these future offspring Jan 2018.

Any hen that was exposed to a rooster should be allowed 4 weeks to be sure she has cleared all previous matings and that fertile eggs being produced were the product of the intended mating.
