Hi
After a chicken mated when will she start laying and making a clutch?
My chickens are free range and they lay and hatch babies wherever they seem fit. In the bush, in the roof of my house, even inside our house.
But my hens I raised from chicks I saw one them mate with one the roosters in our yard? She's like 7 months old, when will she start making a clutch?
Thank you

There's no saying she will. She will lay eggs but she won't necessarily go broody. Therefore, you should collect her eggs daily.

Collect them like, storing them in an incubator or in the fridge?

Like putting them in your stomach!
It sounds like you have enough birds hatching clutches.
You could never have enough chickens. Especially when you want Silkies to mix with a normal yard chicken
