Hello so my bantam hen layed some fertile eggs but she was not laying on them so we went and go an incubator, but we did not get it until almost 2 weeks after the first egg was layed, we still decided to throw them in the incubator and now it is day 20 since the first egg was layed and there is some movement in the egg but there is only a small dark spot so it does not look fully developed, will it not hatch or will it hatch a week or so late since it did not go in the incubator until almost 2 weeks after it was layed

You've candled?

Sometimes, eggs just die after they go into the incubator. It's got little to do with age--though hatchibility does begin to decrease around the two-week mark--and it doesn't cause the egg to develop more slowly.

When a hen decides to set her eggs, she spends two weeks or so collecting them in a carefully selected nest. Only after she has amassed enough eggs does she begin to set. The eggs all begin developing at the same time. They all develop at the same rate, and hatch at the same time. Sometimes, a few die early.

(Owls, weirdly, lay eggs and set on them simultaneously. They'll lay one and set on it, lay one the next day and cover both, lay a third egg the third day and cover all three. Because of this, the eggs will all hatch on different days.)

It has a living chick in it, we see it when we candle it but the egg is not full like it is supposed to be on day 20 and they say to take it off the rotator on day 19 or 20 but I'm worried if I take it off it is not fully developed and it won't hatch, should I just leave it on for a week or so more or should I take if off? There is only a tiny bit of chick in it so I don't think it is fully developed and ready to hatch yet so I don't know what to do for it

By day twenty, it should mostly fill the shell. If it doesn't, even if it's still moving, it's dead. My guess is that your hand is shaking and moving the contents of the egg.
