If I mix a muscovy female, and a male pekin, will the eggs hatch in 28 days (pekin) or in 35 days (muscovy)? What if reverse it? Pekin female with male muscovy? Just wondering....

Nobody knows. It will be anywhere between 28-35 days. I would go into lockdown as soon as I see the eggs wiggle or they have piped internally.

You realize that your off springs all will be hinnies. Sterile ducks. The hinnie females will lay eggs, but they are all infertile.

Yup, I realize that the offsprng will be infertile. Currently I raise Jumbo Pekins for (gasp!) meat, and Indian runners for eggs, and for fun, and color. I ended up with one lone muscovy, and was just curious about the outcome. We'll see how it goes next year. Thanks for the info.
