When will they have their first molt?

So if my 6 months old pullet with bare back from over-mating will stay like this for another year, even if the rooster is removed? No hope that some of the feathers will grow on her back?

My chickens - pullets are 4 months old. From reading, they are too young to molt. My Easter Eggers and Favorelli were purchased at the same place and they dont have tail feathers. Do you think the tail feathers were pecked at or could they molt early? I am super new to having chickens. For eggs
