When Will They Lay ?????

I have ten chickens that I have raised from chicks. They are all 24 weeks old and only five are laying. I have two Black Australorps, one Rhode Island Red,
three Golden Lace Wyandottes and three Barred Rocks. I thought that by now they would all be laying. I have two GLW, two BR and one RIR that are laying. Any ideas when the others will lay. I have five nest boxes up, so they have plenty of room. Thanks for your input.

Could be tomorrow, could be in months. My last to lay laid her first egg at almost 11 months of age! She was a GLW. They are all on their own schedule.

Are you sure they aren't all laying?
Not all birds lay every day.
But some take longer to reach maturity.

Oh, what @aart said as well. I have two that lay nearly identical eggs. I think it was several weeks before I knew 100% that they were both laying because they would never lay on the same day!

Checked them all and only two are no laying. Thank you for the info.
