When will they lay

I have khaki Campbell ducks that are about 20 weeks old I have been feeding them the laying crumble for almost 2 weeks now. When should I exspect to see eggs.

Shortening day light period will extend the initiation of egg laying. Hopefully they will lay before spring.

You don't need to feed them laying feed if they are not laying. The extra calcium isn't good for them long term if they are not using it.
