When will they start sitting on a nest?

We feel extremely fortunate to have found the nest that the guineas are laying in. On Sunday there were 10 eggs. Monday there were 13, and Wednesday there were 19. (We have 3 females and 3 males.) When will someone start sitting on the eggs? Or will they keep laying there and then find another nest? We're excited about maybe having some keets!

I have had 2 Hens lay as many as 63 eggs in one spot together before they finally went broody on it, one single Hen that laid 26 eggs before she went broody, and I've also had one Hen go broody on just 9 eggs before

. I no longer let them go broody tho, I just collect and incubate the eggs myself. Guineas are incredibly fickle and inconsistent... and I swear they love to keep us guessing

Just a heads up... it's been my experince that if the Hens see you fussing over the nest and eggs too much, they will abandon it and choose a new place to lay

... so ya gotta be extra sneaky about checking the nest!
