I have 2 buff Orpington, 1 Jersey Giant, 2 leghorns, 1 Rhode Island, and 1 barred rock. They are 15-16 weeks approximately. When do you think they will start to lay?

Generally around 5 months, but this time of year pullets mature more slowly so I usually tack a month or two onto the expected start date. Generally your leghorn will start first, but in your picture she doesn't even look close to mature. Keep them on a starter grower.

Ya I’ve been finding it weird that they are taking so long to mature. At first they were growing extremely fast but they are still chirping as well which I thought was a little weird.
