When will they start to lay?

I know you can't tell exactly when chickens will start to lay by breed, but still will you help if possible? All the chickens I'm gonna lust are 5 months old except the silkies she's 6 months old.

The redder, & larger the comb, & wattles indicate a pullet is at point of lay, or is laying.

You can't really see combs on female polish though.

That's fine, as long the wattles are visible if it's unbearded.

1 of them is bearded a neither have wattles. I don't think they are supposed to.
