When will they start to peep?

Ok so my first quail egg is due to hatch tomorrow!!!!!!

but i have na heard a sound. is it normal? please someone help me! i am going crazy! when will he start to make noise?

It all depends on the chick. I dont have quail but in chickens its all up to them.

well im starting to worry. what does it mean if it doesnt peep

I wouldn't be to worried about it. If they dont pip they wont make it. Sometime they are peeping but you just cant tell if they are or not.

is it ok to pick them up and put them to your ear to listen? or will it hurt them. what are some signs of them going to hatch other than the peeping.

No dont open the bator and touching them is bad. They will be positioning themselves into hatch mode and if you move the egg then they will need to repossition and that will weaken them. They will make a small hole in the shell.
