When would be the time?

I have a roo, and I've been thinking about eating it.. Some people say I should eat him now because he is only 5 months old and his meat is very tender. Or should I wait until he gets bigger??

I'm assuming this is a roo from your layer flock and not one of the industry's Uber Meat birds. That said, he's pretty ripe for the picking any time you want.
