So I'm leaving my five chickens for ten days for a trip. I have two people watching them, one a pet sitter, but I'm still freaked out. I'm so worried something will happen while I'm away and I just freak myself out!
What are some ways to make yourself feel more at peace when you leave your flock?

I actually bought a Netgear Arlo camera system (wireless, rechargeable, weatherproof, and can access from anywhere) for when I'm away! I love the girl that looks after mine but I like to see them. It's a bit of an investment but worth it for me. I use a second camera to watch my cats inside. :)

tbh I haven't spent but one night away since we bought them for that very reason lol.

Choosing a caretaker you are with and trust is key. Having a "plan b" (an emergency backup you could call if your first person is not able to follow through mid trip) helps you feel less worried about the what ifs that could happen.
