Where are my ducklings?

Hi Duck Hatchers, I am waiting on my first hatch, temp 99.5-100, humidity 60%, lock down was Sunday. Hearing chirpping, but less movement with some today, do have some cracking in some eggs. Any suggestions? I am just nervous, looking for some reassurance.
