My three americana chickens had their first full molting as adults. Now only one of them is laying. Aside from ceramic eggs in the nest and upping their calcium how can I get them to start laying again?

Is it still pretty cold where you live? How long is there daylight?
It can take a little longer to get back to laying if it's still shorter daylight hours and cold weather.

x2, I still have a couple of birds coming back into lay and judging by behavior they're close, but not there yet.

Fake eggs only show them where to lay.
Calcium is good for bones and egg formation, but won't make them lay.
You'll just have to wait until the days get long enough to meet their individual needs.
Americana(Easter Eggers) are not always prolific layers.
