I have the same issue living in South america. Nobody has heard of it. But there are other anti-cocci medicines available.

Are you willing to pay shipping from the unites states, or else you can find local medicines for cocci, namely sulfa type medicines.

The issue is that within the EU Corid (Amprolium) is by prescription only. Your vet would have to supply it.
No, it cannot be cured. Coccidia is everywhere and they need to build up an immunity. But if they are really sick amprolium is the only thing that can help them at that moment.
If your vet is still unwilling or unable to provide amprolium you can try giving them oregano. Lots of it... oregano tea and maybe some carrots with oregano.
