I suggest watching Craigslist for cabinet incubators. The most popular brand is GQF (Georgia Quail Farm) and they have great incubators, I paid $450 for my used and it hatched hundreds of chicks last year and over 400 so far in 2015. Other companies make good cabinet incubators too, Brinsea and Dicky come to mind, but they are far less common so you aren't as likely to see them for sale.
