Where did my muscovies eggs go???

I have a muscovy hen sitting on eggs, she started with 14 and then there were 9 and now there are 6. My other muscovies lay their eggs and then they disappear also. What could be taking their eggs from under them? I thought raccoons would eat the bird not just take their eggs.

A snake is a very good suspect. Wont eat the bird but will take all the eggs it can get.

i would say raccoon , the raccoon will not attack the bird but it will take the eggs. i agree with emmalion i saw a snake at my friends house that had 3 egg sized lumps in it it was CREEPY. but i hope no more eggs go missing.
