Where do I get Information?

Where do I get information on how to ship day old chicks (or possibly older birds)?? Is it expensive? Special regulations?

Any info appreciated.

Technically people who ship birds should be NPIP. However most places don't seem to enforce this. Shipping adult birds can be quite expensive but day olds aren't too bad.
