where do I need to put the incobator

idk where to put the bator?
we have a basment but it's not heated.
and my room but it does get a lot of sunlight.
or i could put it under my bed.

I've also heard that you shouldn't put it near a vent? what will that do?

You want to put it in a room with stable temps. I keep mine in the basement (also unheated) and don't have any trouble with keeping the incubator temps stable.

It needs to be in a climate controlled room where it wont be too cold or to hot! I think theres a sticky on this in incubating and hatching section...
