Where do you findthe requirements for getting eggs SHIPPED FROM Canada

Does anyone know how to go about determining the exact paperwork, details, etc necessary to get hatching eggs from Canada? Or anywhere else for that matter (like the UK or Australia)?

I am having a difficult time finding one color of Plymouth Rock (Columbians) and they seem to have breeders and a decent flock in Canada
