We buy the green coffee beans, roast them at home, then brew them. I mainly prefer Central American and Mexican coffees. We've been drinking a lot of Costa Ricans the last six months. My husband is the roaster in the family. He's pretty good about getting varieties that I like. When he wasn't, hey, I just got online and ordered what I wanted!
I don't really like darker roasts. He roasts my beans the way I like them. What a man!
