I have a small chicken tractor that is good for 4-6 chickens. I am planning to move chickens out of the permament coop into the tractor soon, but have always had my drinkers/feeders hanging. Where do I put the drinkers/feeders in a small tractor? The drinkers/feeders I find seem so large for the tractor. Suggestions?

I had mine hanging from hooks just inside the tractor doors. That worked well, but I got tired of bending down and reaching in so now I have set up food and water tubes that I can access from outside the tractor.

I have the exact same problem. I am now considering whether it is possible to put the water and food in the chicken run to save space in the coop. But I am worried that the girls will be thirsty/hungry at night. Do they need water/food at night?

The birds sleep from sun down to sun up, they don't need feed or water at night while they sleep.
I don't believe they can see in the dark at all but I'm not positive.
