Moving to ireland

My dad talked to revenue and they said if we go to the UK it is alot more expensive and hard to come back to ireland, so if we go back we are not moving to ireland

We have to be gone by the end of August and the house is still drawing on

My dad is going to see the rental place in wales so we might be moving there instead

I am scared :hit

On a happier note I did a rowing camp and I really liked it, I was told I was a natural, I made 3 almost friends (I am really bad at making friends shy, adhd or autistic, my brain can't handle lots of noise and it all get mixed together and I lack confidence which makes it very hard to connect to people, my age specifically)
I am meeting up with one of them tomorrow

I just wanted to say how much this has helped me all your support has really been a light in the dark and its not over yet

So we have officially dumped the house we were going for, they have taken so long and they have messed is around so much that my parents had enough

last week we went to see a friend who is going on holiday and asked us to house sit
They are going away for 6 months so we can stay at their house.
We are going to stay in their annex from the 13th of September and they are leaving the end of September
And really exciting they have said the ducks can come too!!!! I don’t have to leave them with my uncle

Today we went to see some more houses we really liked one of them but the house needs completely redoing, it doesn’t have electricity or a septic tank but it has 50 ish acres and it owns part of a lough

Some pictures I took of the view (you can’t see this from the house but we climbed up what I guess you could call a small mountain)

Is it possible to renovate this house (enough to live in) in the 6 months you house-sit/rent the other house. ❓

because it is winter and we don’t own the house yet (we haven’t even offered) it probably won’t be done by the end of the 6 months but our friends have said after they come back from their holiday we can keep staying in the annex so we can stay for a bit longer than 6 months but we would want to get out of their hair

We are even wondering about knocking it down and building new the ceiling is really low, I am 6 foot ish and I was almost touching the ceiling with my head
The house has two rooms downstairs and one room upstairs it is tiny

We are planning on getting a static caravan to live in whilst we are renovating so the house doesn’t need to be ready to live in when we first get there

I got this picture of the house 3C5D8F64-E8D8-45C4-B6BF-F8EF242F742A.jpeg
And these are the pictures that the estate agent took
The house, it has an upstairs but no stairs to get up

And there are quite a few little barn/sheds

Wow, this is really exciting! So many changes and this place is beautiful. But it would be a challenge to live in for sure, especially through the winter. How would you keep warm? What if the water freezes? What will you do for a toilet? But on the other hand, you will have your ducks! You simply MUST keep us posted as this develops, we are rooting for you and your family. I'm sure things will work out, and you're doing great! (Remember, it's spelled AWE-tistic, lol!)

Thank you bigbluehen and I have no idea how it would all work but I am so happy to be able to keep my duckies under my wings

Okay so that house is out now someone else got it before we could

But their is another house that we really liked we saw it a little while ago and we went to see it today and we offered for it!
So here is the crazy part it has 84 acres!!!

Our friends are in west cork and we where looking for a house in west cork so we could put down roots whilst house sitting but it is so much more expensive and there are a lot less houses with land which we definitely need

The 84 acres place is in Clare so it is a little sad we will be moving area again but we love it so much and I have had so many dreams of us living there. We will see what will happen and I promise I will tell you guys as soon as anything happens.
(I am in the car and keep dropping in and out of signal but when I can I will send some pictures of 84 acres)

Good deal! I was worried that house was not right for you.

When you want someone to see what you post, tag them into it by putting the @ symbol before their name and be sure you spell it right and get it complete. Like for me you would put @BigBlueHen53 . When you start to type it, a little menu will pop up to help you and then you can just tap on the name you want. Like if you even just start to type @ plus bigblu ... three names will pop up then you can click on mine. BYC makes it pretty easy!

So I'm real excited for you! Keep us posted and best wishes to you and your family. And of course the 🦆🦆🦆!

Some pictures of 84 acres (we give all the houses nicknames)

Lots of out buildings and they are bigger than the other places ones

There is a lough 5 minutes down the road

The house is in much better condition, we could move into it straight away, it needs work, the roof needs changing, it has wall paper which is peeling and some vinyl flooring which needs changing but it is a lot better than the other one

(I put the @ and clicked your name but it glitched and I didn’t notice, thanks though)
