Where do they choose to hang out?? Right at my door ..

Why???
Cuz snacks n treats, what else? (I've scolded b.f. for feeding them just anything) sticking to corn in a can for treats or on the cob, also creamed corn they die for!!! As you can see they are interested in the ongoings in the camp lol

Once the temps start rising for day they head into the woods for the shade and to scratch around in the oak leaves. In the evening they return to the yard to ravage the insect population and nip some clover.
Once all the trees and shrubs start bearing fruit, it will be whichever has the most bounty or strikes their fancy.

Mine hang out in the wooded area behind my house more often than not. They come running when I bring veggie scraps, I haven't shown them the way to the front yard because that's where all the veggies grow

Lol cool.. Mine are definitely porch dwellers plus the bushes.. My roo pushed by the dog right after photo.. wanted to be under that table behind dog lol
