Where is a hatchery where the is no min?

Yeah, no min, = FEED STORE or TSC.

mypetchicken or myers = 3 min.

Ideal says 25 dollars is OK but they will throw in packing peanuts. (I don't do with them for that reason. Too many roo roos.)

McMurrary = 25 min.

Belt = 25 min.

I don't know where you are from..But Farm and Fleet, a farm supply chain here in the Midwest, sells chicks they order from Cackle. My store has a 5 chick minimum. I got 5 girls last Spring that are healthy and great egg layers. I bought 2 California Whites and 3 Ameraucanas. The price was great too, about $2.50 each as I recall. That meant no shipping costs and you can pick your own so active and healthy looking chicks.

As others have said, Meyer has minimum of 3, but the minimum shipping for 3 to 14 chicks is $32.59 and goes up from there depending on where you live.

Actually from Meyer it was cheaper for me to get 25-26 chicks shipped than it was to get less than that. Perhaps because they don't have to have extra precautions to keep chicks warm. I think my shipping cost is 15$.

I was at Atwood farm supply today and they had a lot of chicks. They didn't have any that I wanted though. They did have keets, and it took every bit of willpower that I could muster to get the heck out of there before I bought any. I have some 9 day old chicks in the brooder and didn't know if I could put the guineas in there with them or not.

I ordered 6 from Mypetchicken.com

Such great customer service over the phone, so many breeds to choose from, and such a nice easy to use site.

Ideal will let you pay around $1.50 for "insurance" and then they won't include the extra roosters for warmth. Then you can order the amount you want. Once I even ordered something besides chicks to get to the $25.00 minimum. You just have to be sure the weather is going to be okay for a small amount of chicks to survive.

ETA: They also have a small order charge that they add. I'm not sure if the other hatcheries do that, but I think they do. It's cheaper getting them from a feed store if you can.
