Missouri ! Its so Beautiful and the peepz are so friendly here. As for jobs if you live out in the country as we do you may have to drive 30 mins to an hour for a decent job depending on what you do.

Gosh, no one has mentioned Connecticut!

Even here in the eastern part of the state it's getting too close for comfort. I'm not even happy about the new Tractor Supply being built 1.7 miles from my house. Well, maybe a teeny weeny bit. They were going to develop that land anyway, might as well not be another Dunkin' Donuts.
Don't know where I'd go given a chance.

We love it here in rural Illinois. We're in the middle of farm fields, and everybody knows everybody. And St. Louis, MO is less than an hour away. We get the best of both worlds!

I thought MO would be a good place. I visited the boot last year but it was flooded bad. That kinda worried me.
