where is the line?

Honestly, I am kind of surprised that the court let it be filed. Last time I checked non-citizens do not have civil rights.

Question is: does he have a defense fund? Just defending himself against this is going to cost him huge.

My personal opinion is that they do have human rights, but they do not have the right to tresspass on someone elses property and destroy his land and possessions, He has every right to hold them until the athorities got there, anyone has the right to make a citizens arrest, correct?
And No i do not think that he should be sued for protecting his own land and liberties. They belong in Mexico until they can come here legally. JMO Stormy.
Oh and also we really don't know if he kicked the woman or said some of the stuff that is being alleged against him. Anyway there was 11 men and 5 women, is that right? I think it is , Anyway I think I would have a gun and I dog also for personal protection. And yes I would speak very threateningly just so they knew I was serious about the matter "just sit there shut up and wait for the athorities .

People living along the border are really between a rock and a hard spot.

Illegal immigrants come and go at will; the US government does nothing to stop them. Border patrol puts up a steel fence, and then people come along with welding torches and cut doors in it, and then they have the gall to put their own locks on the doors so that they can charge people to go through.

The border patrol has a virtual fence mentality. They put up some cameras, but as soon as they were up, someone shot them with paint balls, and of course nobody bothered to clean them up.

Virtual fence is hog wash, we need a wall. It worked in Israel, it will work here. Janet Napolitano said "Show me a fifty foot fence, and I will show you a fifty two foot ladder."

To that I say "Minefield."

THat whole thing reminds me of that burglar that broke into someones garage from above(or was it the attic?)while they were on vaccation. He was stuck there for a few days with no way to escape. Long story short he sued the home owner for being stuck where he was and actually won the lawsuit and the hommeowner had to pay him for breaking into his own house.

We should get the people who build the fence system that seperated the former eastern germany and western germany. They did a pretty god job on keeping people where they didnt want to be.Glad that it is over in this case but mexico is another case.
