Where should I look?

If the kids let the chickens out early in the morning, where should we be looking for any laid eggs?

Mine lay under bushes and one of their favorite spots (until I found it) was under the roots of a fallen tree. Coincidentally the one that fell on the coop last year that we cut off.
Basically anywhere they feel safe, a quiet hidden place.

I have found they like any place but open spaces. We have found them in the bushes, under the porch, ect. If you have my luck, you will find them in the last place you look! Good luck!
