I generally sanitize my eggs after taking them out of the fridge but before putting them in the incubator. That involves soaking them in warm water/bleach solution for a timed minute which in turn brings the eggs up to room temperature.
If you are not going to sanitize them I'd leave them on the kitchen counter for an hour or so to warm up. Once they have carefully wipe off any condensation that may have formed then put them in the incubator. If you go straight from ice box to warm, humid incubator you are likely to get a lot of condensation on the eggs.
