Where to buy 2 week+ Coturnix Quail near Wash DC?

Hi there,
I would like to buy (#10-12) 2 week+ old Coturnix quail for egg laying. I would like all females. I am located in downtown Washington DC. Can anyone recommend a breeder close by? Also, if anyone living in the city of Wash DC is raising quail--I would love to correspond with you.
