Where to buy <5 day old chicks in Southern Alberta

I’m wondering where I can buy day old chicks in Southern Alberta? You can order a batch to go to a few stores, but it has to be a minimum of 25, while I need less than 5. Is there a website I can order from?

Yes, there are lots of hatchery websites. Different ones have different minimum orders. Sometimes you can order chicks and have them mailed the next Monday, other times you place an order and wait several weeks before it arrives.

Minimum order is 3 standard chicks, or 5 bantams (summer months only-- minimum order is more chicks in the cold months.)

I have personally ordered from McMurray several times, Cackle once--I ordered at least 15 chicks each time, and they all arrived alive and healthy. I have no personal experience with Meyer, but their website looks just as good as the others
