Hello I am looking to purchase day old quail chicks in the months November-march in bundles from 20-60 but I am having trouble finding any sites that carry some during those times and in those quantities. Does anyone know of any?

Those are not the best months to buy eggs or chicks. Maybe more towards May-June. Right now most people are selling their 2018 hatch.

I agree with @The Phantom Bobwhites are seasonal layers, meaning they lay during breeding season, usually from May till Sept they can be forced into laying at other times by stimulating them with artfical light but that is extremely hard on the hens.
I too, do not know of anyone selling eggs or chicks in the time frame you want...you might be able to find some "late hatches" but they will be nearly adult or adult birds by the November time frame.
