Where to Buy Bulk/Wholesale Laying Crumbles Northern California

Anyone know a feed mill around Sacramento? I have almost 100 chickens & $13 a bag is killing me. I can find feed mills for horse, sheep, cow feed, but no chicken. My chickens won't eat just scratch either. I've tried looking on websites, calling poulty places, no luck. Thanks!

I'd like to find one too so I could buy fresher, more nutritious feed. I've heard that pig feed is very similar to chicken feed- if you can find a good source of that you might compare ingredients?
