Where To Find Heritage Breed Meat/Egg Chickens and Turkeys

ny My husband and I are looking for dual purpose chickens, as well as turkeys. We would prefer heritage breeds. Any recommendations? I'm having a hard time figuring out what breed(s) would be good and where to buy them. TIA!
