Where to find the best line Blue and Black Sumatra's

Wondering where to find the best line blue/ black Sumatra's
I've been doing some research and one book or link says to me that they are heat tolerant and the other heat and cold hardy....so wondering if they can or cannot stand the Wyoming Summers over 100F easy and Wyoming Winter Tolerant sometimes under -20F
I would love to have your feedback, where I should get the chicks and if Wyoming is something they could handle.
