⠀ Where to find wheat middlings ?

I'm trying to figure out if I can find wheat middlings locally since shipping and handling isn't cheap now days . I need it for mealworm substrate. Does anybody know of anything in stores I might find . Wheat middling is best to use so I won't have a problem with grain mites again .

They sell wheat bran at the feed store in 50 lb bags. I don't know if that is helpful or not in your situation. But I have heard of people using it for their worms (mealworms).
