Where to keep/moving chicks

I have currently got one of my Silkie hens sitting on 4 eggs but is in the hutch that she shares with the Silkie cock but shares the outdoor area with 2 Pekin bantams.

When these chicks hatch I was wondering whether or not to take the chicks away from the hen, leave them where they are or move the hen as well or before they hatch to keep them safe ect? I am just cautious that moving her will disrupt her?

Just leave the chicks with the hen unless she isn't a good mom. Don't move her until after the eggs hatch because she might leave them if she gets moved.
