Where to place feeder & waterer - inside or out?

My babies are almost ready to move into their coop and I was hoping someone (or many) could tell me if I need to have their feed/water inside the coop so they can get at it all the time, or if it can be outside?

Myself, I have food and water available 24/7

I have food inside the coop and water in the coop and outside. To me water is more important than food, plus if food is outside you have to worry about it getting wet. I have 24/7 feeders in the coop and 24/7 waterers in and out of the coop. I will also scatter a little food out for them when they re outside but mine free rande so they really don't care for there food when they have the choice of bugs
