Where to put dog attack victim?

Ok he is in a wire cage but it is hard to catch him when needed and i cant put him on a cable because there is a wild game that doesn't like him do you people have any idea of how i could make a easy coop to put him in a be able to grab him out when needed?Well here he is he cant be in anything small!

You could rig a small pen up with PVC, plastic hardware cloth, and tie wraps. Maybe like 4x6 would be a good size.
