I live in Quebec about 85km NW of Ottawa (across the river from Renfrew). I do tarp my runs to provide windbreak during the winter; Woods 10 x 16 fresh air coop, no insulation, 1" board & batten walls, windows closed/front open,no heat.

How does wind chill count?
