Wherecan ibuy american game Bantams?What hatcheries? Info on the birds

i Am interested in getting American game bantams. But I cant find someone who sells them.

Another thing is are they really aggressive like the standard birds. We have a HUGE fenced in area and we have over 40 hens and 2 roosters who are very young. all the birds get along fine.

You can get them at Ideal Poultry.

If you want to breed them, you should buy from a breeder. They will have higher quality birds.


If you just want them to look at, then Ideal is a great hatchery.

I really like my american game bantams. I have them in BBred, Blue red, spangled, blue and Blue Golden Duckwing. I don't have many however. I may be able to provide eggs in the spring. As far as a hatchery having them that is going to hard since they are realatively new to the show chicken community, even though they have been in the ABA standard for some time.

As far as their temperments...It will depend on the family that they are from. My males need to be kept seperately. That is just because of the family that they are from. Others may be different.

That is my thoughts on them
