The last couple of pages on the Utah! thread there's info about the Tour de Coops in SLC on June 27th, and the Wasatch Community Gardens' Urban Chicken class (June 24th, I believe). There's also discussion of getting a Chickenstock started. I've never been to one, but it sounds like a gathering of chicken-folk.
