Any bill's # can be entered without the stamp or any mark on it. Checking on random bills can become addictive, lol.

I've defaced a few ones.
And logged in quite a few that have come my way. I usually release them at DD's high's school. It's funny when they've been in circulation for 2 years and only travel 12 miles.
