Depends on what you're looking for.

How big does it need to be? (How many eggs at once)
Do you want to be able to stagger hatches?

How automated do you want it?

In my opinion, the Sportsman incubator from GQF is by far the best. I have used the foam incubators and never had great hatches, except in my Sportsman. I have the electronic multi-turn thermostat and it holds the temp exactly where I want it. This one you can set and forget. I remember one year I set about 150 eggs and did actually forget the lockdown date. When I went into the room I had chicks everywhere in the unit. Even though they hatched upright and the turner was set at a 45 degree angle, not one chick was lost.
