Which Breed Of Chicken Is Best For Me

we have 3 rir and l welsummers, rir is 9 months old, and welsummer, older, not sure age. We want to add to out flock only for eggs to sell, so am looking for great egg layers, and for them to be compatible. What type of chicken would you suggest. Our rir just starting to lay. We have 4 hens, and are getting 13 eggs a week, so am not even sure if all my hens are laying. Opionions.

I think any of the primary egg layers will get along with your flock

NH reds, barred rocks, araucana's, star's, sex-link ... all fairly hearty, docile but assertive birds

Your girls are pretty easy going breeds. They should get along with anyone.

Do you have any breeds in mind? I LOVE my BA and EE. Sweeties! And they get along with my WEL and RIR just fine.

If you want egg production, I suggest Black Stars or Pearl White Leghorns. They are egg laying machines.
