Which breed should I get to go along with my Buff Orps?

I have 11 buff orp hens and 1 rooster. We want to add to our flock with about 5 more hens. What would be a good egg laying breed that would be gentle natured enough to get along with my orps and winter hardy?

Bramas are very gentle and lay during the winter. Thats the only real gentle ones that I can think of that will lay in the winter. They are very pretty also. Lisa

Wyandottes are good egg layers that are cold hardy, they seem pretty sweet too.
