Which Breed?

I am ordering some chicks and a majority of the chickens are roosters only

I have already decided that I REALLY need Spitzhaubens and now would like to know what to replace my others with? I have been looking on the site and narrowed it down down to: Barred Rock, GLW, Barred Holland, Sultan or Mottled Houdon

...I just want a chicken breed with a reputation for being nice and also will add some great colors to the already existing flock...

ok...so this is what we are getting so far...(to help decide on the chicken breeds): Indian Red Jungle Fowl, Black Sumatra Bantam, Silver Spangled Spitzhauben, Gold Brabanter, Silver Penciled Egyptian Fayoumi, Light Brahma, Red Shoulder Yokahama and Turkens...
