Which breeds can be feather sexed

While I know some breeds can be feather sexed, it isn't as accurate for all. I was wondering what breeds people have been reasonably successful with this?

The only way I know to feather sex is described by Tadkerson near the bottom of the first post in this thread. It is not by breed but by mating a rooster pure for fast-feathering with a hen that has the slow-feathering gene.
